Oscar is a two-sided car rental platform with independent locations on one side and end-consumers on the other. Our goal is to make car rental affordable and accessible for everyone everywhere.
We pride ourselves in providing exceptional service, creative marketing and a user-friendly website for both locations and customers - the journey has so far led us to the award of “Best new e-commerce” by the Danish chamber of commerce 2021 and 2022.
The car rental industry has long been dominated by few large and expensive rental companies. At Oscar, we believe that needs to change! Oscar is a fast-growing, innovative, car rental platform, and we always strive to have an Oscar location near you, no matter where you are in the country.
After having proven a successful business concept in Denmark we have now started our expansion to new markets and opened both Spain and Netherlands in the beginning of 2022. But our ambitions for new markets are even higher and are therefore looking into hiring more key roles for the business. To further strengthen our support and communications with customers and our partners, we’re looking for a Belgian Customer Service Supporter to support the team at our company’s headquarters in Munich.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing client requests via calls, chats and emails
Actively communicate and support Oscar's partners
Ensuring strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with the company’s security policy
Interaction with the engineering team and product team for solving client cases
Open for other tasks like doing marketing, ad-hoc etc.
YOUR PROFILE
Native level French
High level of English
Very good PC skills (Google suite is required)
Open minded and strong interpersonal skills
Able to gain technical knowledge of our product
Self-motivated, result-oriented and a good team worker (cross-cultural)
Ability to work in a fast-growing environment with an international team
IT WOULD BE AWESOME, IF YOU ALSO HAVE
Dutch language skills
Previous experience in customer service
