RRP Sales Specialist



What this position is about – Purpose:



RRP Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of consignment salesto ensure that JTI operates effective and efficient route-to-market for its tobacco heatingdevicesand related accessories. Works together with relevant HU / CzHuSk teams and our logistics partner to provide timely and precise implementation of our business plan, uninterrupted operation, and excellent partnerships with trade. Strives to improve the effectiveness of the system, proposes development areas to achieve/exceed sales targets.


What will you do - Responsibilities:


  • Perform the full contract management and administration related to RRP device and accessories sales, including updates to general terms and conditions, concluding/cancelling contracts, setting retail selling prices and promotional targets, include new products.
  • Manage the RRP device sales related communication with our retail partners, ensuring timely information about contractual changes, price updates, promotions, changes to conditions, etc.
  • Serve as a first contact point to resolve any device or accessory sales related issues emerging from our retail partners..
  • Manage the inventory level of every contracted retail store on SKU level. Define target stock levels by continuously analyzing sales trends, anticipating promotional peaks and appropriate pipelining of new products.
  • Ensure daily communication of related information to the logistics partner. Manage the exchange of returned faulty devices in retail stores.
  • Perform regular/ad-hoc analyses and continuously develop the RRP sales related systems and processes. Ensure appropriate monitoring is in place that all obligations from the sales contracts are fulfilled by JTI and retailers.
  • Cooperates with other departments to ensure related activities are harmonized.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:


  • University degree (required)
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Sales / Sales analysis / Sales accounting area
  • Native Hungarian, fluent in English
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service orientation, good communication skills, collaboration
  • High level of independence
  • MS Office (advanced level of Excel), Knowledge of Power BI
