Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the e-commerce commercial department in Indonesia.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to develop strategies that maximize revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a large team of professionals responsible for seller acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Define team goals, allocate resources, and monitor performance to ensure effective execution of seller growth strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment to drive team productivity and employee engagement.
- Implement best practices in e-commerce operations to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

- Bachelor / Master Degree, preferably in Strategy, Business, Operations
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the e-commerce industry, with a strong focus on commercial operations.
- At least 15 years of experience, with minimum 5 years in ecommerce
- In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian e-commerce market, including consumer behavior, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
