JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and consolidating relationships with the suppliers in an established portfolio of hotels.
  • Developing new markets and acquiring new properties for the company.
  • Being able to negotiate the best possible conditions, ensuring the suppliers have a clear understanding of our value proposition and marketing tools to maximize their performance and competitiveness both in B2B and B2C.
  • Managing end to end the full relation with the suppliers.
  • Responsible to sign and maintain the most competitive rates for Hotelbeds’ clients in B2B and B2C environment.
  • Monitoring the performance of each hotel ensuring competitiveness and availability is not an issue, getting promotions and exclusive offers to be loaded in the system.
  • Manage renewals and ensure the portfolio is up to level and size both in quality and quantity.
  • Ensure the supplier has a clear understating of Hotelbeds and its possibilities (marketing packages, value proposition, market and client promotions, tools, and new processes, etc) that it allows to optimize the income of each hotel.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience/knowledge of the tourism market in Fiji is preferred
  • Experience contracting/negotiating in the travel industry
  • Willing to travel
