Key Role & Responsibilities
- Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping and waxing floors.
- Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper, hand sanitizer and hand wash.
- Cleaning spills, window blinds and bathrooms.
- Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed.
- Adheres to all hospital rules, regulations and standards.
- Any other assignment as may be required.
Additional Responsibilities Admin Officer– Optical Centre
- Analysis and summary of daily income sheet.
- Updating of the stock inventories e.g. drugs and frames under the Supervision of the Optometrist on ground.
- Lodgment of cash and confirmation of transfers.
- Maintenance and cleaning of the facility.
- Updating the database for in-patients and outreach records.
- Registration of patients.
- Reporting of maintenance / repairs of facility and equipment to the Chief Operating Officer.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ logistics or admin experience
- Knowledge or experience of standard logistics procedures and practices required.
- Demonstrates a high level of initiative
- Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and customers
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- The role is based in Surulere,Lagos
- Responsibilities and job descriptions may be refined with changing business needs.
