· Only those who have Interior, fit-out, residential & commercial turnkey projects experience can apply.
· Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Interior & fit-outs of commercial, residential projects. Interior & fit-outs of hotels and high end interior finishing work.
· Must read & analyze drawings, BOM & BOQ. Reading and interpreting architectural and interior designs and drawings.
· Sound knowledge of various services & MEP (MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING) works.
· Must know autocad.
· Must have measurement & billing knowledge.
· To perform day to day site activities independently.
· Managing projects from start to finish in line with project specifications.
· Conducting site inspections, providing quality assurance.
· Supervising & instructing interior/ fit-out team as well as sub-contractors.
· Plan & organize resources in advance for the assigned site.
· Executing all the site work.
· Coordinate with client, Sub-contractors & suppliers etc.
· Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents & injuries.
· Having good liasoning skills.
· Monitor project progress and set deadline, preparing technical and progress report, solve issues that arise.

· Person with prior experience & proven track record of executing interior projects/ hotels/ stores.
