We are looking for an experienced, Technical Project Manager to help us manage our growing portfolio of projects at our Kapuvár plant.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work as a part of the international team
- Manage your own Scrum board to run in sprints
- Support the cross functional teams with project tasks including, but not limited to:
o Cooperate and communicate effectively with the internal and external project teams providing technical support

o Ensure all key project milestones are met on timeo Updating and managing the high-level plan
o Being a key interaction point to customer
o Be able to perform design/technical reviews and produce technical reports
o Assist on design changes/proposals
o Attend cross functional meetings
o Drive internal team and customer team meetings and drive project to mass production
o Track technical issues and risk mitigation
o Create and track ramp-up and production analysis reports including yield, capacity and cost
o Assisting with product certification internally and externally
o Supporting project financial management, e.g. budget creation and tracking of payment schedules
o Ramp-up and materials planning
o Long lead items management
o Customers sign off procedures
o Product testing and approvals planning
o Risk buy management
Your Experience:
- The successful candidate will be keen to learn, take on new information and apply this independently
- You will need to show good listening skills and be able to build collaborative working relationships
- You understand complex technical challenges and can successfully relay information to non-technical team members
- You have an agile mindset using Scrum framework or other agile product delivery frameworks
- You have Project management training and certification taken to develop skills
- You are experienced working with international contract manufacturers/suppliers
- You understand and have worked directly with international suppliers to deliver products to mass production
Skills you must have:
- Preferably Engineering background and migration to project management within consumer electronics/medical sectors
- Have proven experience taking products from concept to mass production
- Exposure to EVT/DVT/PVT product development process
- Hands on approach
- Good presentation/communication skills
- MS Office, MS Project
- Time management
- Fluent in English
- Excellent English writing skills
Bonus Skills:
- Hands-on knowledge of Solid Works is a plus
- JIRA/Scrum training experience
- Speaking Mandarin, a big bonus
