We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead SharePoint Developer to join our remote team.
With 5+ years of relevant production experience, including 1+ years of relevant leadership experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and migration of our internal intranet. As a Lead SharePoint Developer, you will guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of SharePoint solutions. This is a remote position that requires a B2+ English level.
responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SharePoint Developers, providing technical guidance and support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define the scope of SharePoint projects
- Design and architect SharePoint solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
- Develop SharePoint solutions using a combination of out-of-the-box features, customizations, and third-party tools
- Oversee the customization of SharePoint Online using JSON-based list customization, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and PnPJS
- Implement SharePoint Client Side Object Model (CSOM) with C# for creating custom functionalities and interfaces
- Integrate SharePoint with other systems and platforms, such as Azure Functions and Power Automate
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SharePoint solutions
requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant production experience as a SharePoint Developer
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience, overseeing SharePoint development projects
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, including site design, content management, and administration
- Experience with JSON-based list customization and creating custom SharePoint Framework solutions using React and PnPJS
- Proficiency in SharePoint Client Side Object Model (CSOM) with C# for building custom functionalities and interfaces
- Familiarity with Azure Functions for integrating SharePoint with other systems
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation and custom application development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues
- B2+ English level

- Experience with SharePoint migration projects
- Knowledge of SharePoint governance and best practices
- Familiarity with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath
- Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development in SharePoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and its integration with SharePoint
- Previous experience in leading and managing remote development teams
