The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for Robotics Customer Service front-end customers and business partners of the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Istanbul, Turkey. In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the sales team by reacting to customer inquiries.

This position reports to

Service Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Prepares offers in coordination with the local service sales specialists,
  • Following-up prepared offers, placing orders on SAP system, preparing documents for reporting,
  • Using Salesforce program actively for all sales/marketing activities,
  • Implements global standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution,
  • Ensures achievement of targets on orders, Net Promoter Score (NPS),
  • Supports the local Service Sales organization/customers in cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers,
  • Prepares/supports preparation of commercial offers based on customer specification requirements with salesperson,
  • Provides information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment,
  • Giving feedback to customers about their order status, ensure customers need are met in timely,
  • Supports contribution to key events, develops and organizes customer seminars and employee meetings,
  • Implements agreed communications plan, manages supplier relations.

Your background

  • Bachelor degree or vocational school degree in related fields,
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must, Sales Force experience is plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
  • Agile, teamwork and result-oriented profile with strong interpersonal & communication skills,
  • Able to work with diverse cultures in a multinational environment.
