Jo Commercial Services is a successful Property Maintenance company and are looking for a team member to join their growing company.
The Postion is for a Mobile cleaner who will go to different sites and undertake cleaning tasks in residential communal areas of apartment blocks IE: mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, tidying bins, and litter picking It is important to also:
- Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
- Deal with any requests promptly and courteously

To succeed in this role you will need:
- Full UK Driving Licence- we are not looking for and will not consider Non Drivers
- Good attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred and full site training will be provided
- Full clean UK driving licence
Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm 20 days AL including all bank holidays
