As an Independent Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across our different brands, contributing to our dynamic content creation process.
We are seeking for a skilled and self-motivated Junior or Senior Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and crafting engaging social media content. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, exceptional technical skills in videography and editing, and the ability to generate innovative ideas would be a bonus! However, we also value resourcefulness and a willingness to learn, so if you're not highly skilled but possess these qualities, we still encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:

- conceptualize, plan, and execute social media video content based on brief given by the creative team that aligns with the company's brand, goals, and target audience.
- Capture compelling footage using sony a6500 camera/ iphone, audio equipment, and other necessary tools.
- Conduct post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction (plus point), audio enhancement, and motion graphics (plus point), using industry-standard software like Capcut , Powerdirector and the likes.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver content that meets the specified requirements and deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and technologies in videography, editing, and content creation.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the best standards of quality.
- Manage equipment, including maintenance, organization, and troubleshooting.
- Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for new projects, formats, and improvements to enhance the company's content strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience as a content creator, videographer, or video editor.
- basic understanding of videography principles, including composition, lighting, audio, and storytelling techniques.
- resourceful and creative in producing original and captivating ideas.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
