Coordinate stakeholder functions for JLL on behalf of Client.
Coordinate and manage the stakeholder requirements within the team
Coordinate and communicate the project teams requirements and objectives with the specific statutory authority/stakeholders
Interface and support the requirements of the Design Consultants and Contractors with key stakeholders with authorities for approval, permits, NOI, conflicts and approvals.
Support the review of design and construction applications to stakeholders
Monitor and report on the status of all submissions, meetings, and any other relevant authority engagement
Review Consultant's and Contractor's stakeholder management plans
Manage key stakeholder interfaces
Support with the closure of comments and concerns stakeholders might raise throughout the project
Ensure stakeholder concerns and comments are captured and addressed in an appropriate fashion to satisfy continuous progress on projects
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or any relevant related discipline
Knowledgeable in national and local authority requirements (Arar and Dumat) and design NOC process with a focus on mixed-use development projects
Minimum 10 years of work experience required in a similar role
Excellent communication skills verbal and written both in English and Arabic
Knowledge, skills and experience in construction industry and project management
Willingness to work between Riyadh and Arar/Dumat
