REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate poses Master Degree or Degree in Education (TESL) or Applied Linguistic or English Literature or Language Training or Corpus Linguistic or English for Specific Purposes (ESP).
- Candidate have at least 1 year experience in teaching field related to English learning.
- Candidates poses effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with a range of audiences/students using appropriate teaching skills and methods necessary to deliver teaching and learning.
- Candidate poses effective leadership, management and organizational skills, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal and decision-making skills necessary in managing staffs, students and physical resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To prepare teaching and learning matters including teaching materials and assessments
- To monitor students’ attendance throughout the semester including issuance of warning letter
- To manage students’ activity under Student Development courses.
- To produce research papers.
- To plan and execute students’ welfare planning.
- To assist in marketing and students’ recruitment.
- To assist any Student Development activities.
