Job Title: Beauty Salon Assistant
Job Type: Full-time [6 Days a Week 8 hours daily]
Location: BODY TIME, Business Bay, Office 1810, Dubai
Salary: Competitive, based on experience [AED 3K to 9K]
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Beauty Salon Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our salon professionals and assist in delivering high-quality beauty services to our clients. As a Beauty Salon Assistant, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while ensuring smooth salon operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and provide them with necessary information about our beauty services
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and availability of necessary supplies and products
- Assist salon professionals with various beauty treatments, such as facials, Eximia and Zionis treatments.
- Wash, sanitize, and sterilize salon tools and equipment
- Maintain inventory of beauty products, supplies, and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Process client payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide post-treatment care instructions to clients and answer their questions or concerns
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the salon, including reception area, treatment rooms, and common areas
- Assist in promoting salon services and products, and actively participate in marketing activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a beauty salon assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of various beauty treatments and procedures
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional client care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with salon management software is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
