Reporting to Field Support Team Leader, this role is about delivering professional experiences for our customers by assisting with their day-to-day queries. The role involves communication with internal and external customers via phone, email, and internal communication channels. The focus is on quality and attention to detail. There is a requirement to follow procedures and processes as well as thinking on your feet to ensure a successful outcome for the customers.The role is a minimum of 30 hours per week, normal hours of work are between 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
About You
With a 'can-do' attitude, your focus will be to deliver quality outcomes, and you'll have excellent communication and planning skills. Strong outward-bound calling and computer skills are also required. An understanding of the dairy industry would be an advantage.
MINDA, NAIT and SAP knowledge would be an advantage, previous customer service experience and strong computer skills are an absolute must.
