In order to grow its business, VITAE USA is looking to recruit a Lead Generation Manager
We are looking for motivated individuals, who are passionate about sales and the Human Resource industry.
You’re a successful salesperson with a proven track record of selling HR or Recruitment services into mid-market and large companies and want to use your knowledge, network, and VITAE USA resources to work as an independent contractor to detect and sell recruitment contracts for job opportunities in all sectors and industries at all levels
What you'll be doing...
- Grow VITAE USA by pushing back the frontiers of new business, facilitating deals, sparking big ideas and connecting great people
- You will be expected to place phone calls (and sometimes send e-mails) to leads in an attempt to uncover business opportunities for our sales team
- You will need to pitch our services to prospects, record/log information about your communications in our internal CRM,
- You will communicate with management and the sales team.
Background and experience
- Strong listening and communication skills
- You have an experience in call center or in setting sales meeting and you may want to work as a consultant
- Want to evolve on a commercial consultant position
- Leadership experience
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication, in person and over the phone
- A love of sales and connecting people
- An ambitious mindset to reach goals, create new business, and join a company that has been internationally successful for the past 16 years!
Salary rate will depend on your experience
