Retail Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing the team, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive retail environment.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Retail Manager in Apparel Footwear or Managerial position
- Manage a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a competent and customer-focused retail team.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Organize all store operations and implement strategies to optimize the retail store's performance, including sales, and customer service.
- Manage with complaints from customers to maintain store reputation and maintain excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics for management review.

Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
