1. To educate merchants on products with the aim of increasing adoption
2. To assist merchants with relevant questions on the product
3. To assist on ad hoc tasks required by the team
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Comfortable to communicate with merchants on calls
2. Go getter personality/willing to learn and go above and beyond
3. Mandarin speaker/reader is a plus./ Focus for Chinese candidates
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
