⚖ LEGAL RECEPTIONIST POSITIONS - IMMEDIATE START ⚖
We are looking for a legal receptionist to join our boutique law firm in Port Adelaide for an immediate start.
Our firm specialises in criminal law, family law, property, wills and estates, and victims of crime.
We have a part-time position available with flexibility. The successful candidate will be required to work between 16 to 32 hours each fortnight.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wishes to study and have a work life balance. Experience in the legal industry or as a receptionist would be a bonus but not necessary.
The perfect candidate will:
- Have their licence.
- Be reliable.
- Respect confidentiality.
- Have excellent literacy and computer skills.
- Be confident in asking questions and clarifying information.
- Be capable of taking instructions and making detailed notes.
- Be resilient with a thick skin. Our work comes with responsibilities that affect the lives of other people. It can be overwhelming and stressful to be involved in these situations. All tasks should be handled with care and consideration.
- Be able to have a laugh and have fun when appropriate.
