UN-R認証・届出の計画・実行業務
Quon出荷仕向け地のUN-R法規関連情報収集
UN-R CoP(製品適合性) 管理・監査対応の計画・実行
planning･execution work of UN-R certification/application.
information gathering related UN-R for destination markets of Quon.
planning･execution work of UN-R CoP(conformity of production) management/audit.
・UN-Rに関する立会い試験･社内試験等の試験項目検討及び計画立案
・UN-Rに関する認証試験・届出申請書類の作成
・認証試験や届出申請に係る予算の検討
・認証審査機関と認証/届出に関する対外調整
・UN-R関連法規の解釈・・・排出ガス・OBD・NOx control・PEMS etc..
・JAMAのUN-R関連分科会へ参加、法規情報の入手
・法規情報解釈及び問合せに関する社内窓口
・UN-R 認証・届出時のCoP申請書類の作成
・CoP監査時の社内調整・対外窓口
・Related to UN-R, examination and planning of test items such as witness test, in-house test, etc..
・Preparation of certification test and notification application documents for UN-R.
・Examination of budget for certification test and notification application.
・External coordination with the certification authority regarding certification/notification
・Interpretation of regulations related to UN-R : exhaust gas, OBD, NOx control, PEMS, etc.
・Participated in JAMA subcommittee related to UN-R and obtained regulation information.
・Regulation information interpretation and inquiries contact in UDT.
・Preparation of CoP documents at notification application for UN-R.
・Coordination with the certification authority, with section in the company during CoP audit.
Scope (Local, Sub Regional, Regional, Global)and influence (Internal or External, Shared or Divergent)/職務範囲
・豪州、シンガポール等Quonの海外仕向け地の認証業務を担う。
・認証や届出に必要な情報を集約し、申請資料を計画的に取り纏める。
・認証審査機関との間で届出時に必要な調整業務を行う。
・抜け漏れのない届け出業務を行う為にJAMAのUN-R関連分科会に参加し、必要な情報を入手する。
・パワートレインエンジニアリング バンガロール認証グループと連携して必要な情報を集約する。
・入手した法規情報を把握し、Regulation Road Mapに反映する。
・工場検査部門と調整し、CoP抜取り計画の調整・必要書類の準備
・審査機関・工場検査部門と調整し、CoP監査を取り纏める。
・Main responsible for certification of Quon's overseas market.it is for Australia, Singapore etc..
・Collect information required for certification and compile application materials in a planned.
・Perform coordination work at the time of application and certification with the certification authority.
・In order to carry out application work without any omissions participate in JAMA subcommittee related to UN-R and obtain necessary information.
・Cooperate with Bangalore Certification Group in Powertrain Engineering and collect information required.
・Grasp obtained information on regulations and will reflect in the Regulation Road Map.
・Preparation CoP sampling plan and necessary documents by coordination with the factory inspection department.
・Execute the CoP audit by coordinating with the certification authority and factory inspection department.
Key responsibilities/accountabilities/主な責任範囲
・正確な届け出業務を行う事で、UD TrucksのUN-R認可手続きを計画通り遂行する。
・UN-R関連の認証業務がスムーズに行われる様、関連法規を理解する。
・By performing accurate application work, UN-R approval of UD Trucks procedure will be carried out as planned.
・Interpret relevant regulations so that related to UN-R certification work can be carried out smoothly.
必要な資格など
Preferred educational and/or training qualifications and certificates/応募要件
・大学卒以上、または同程度の経験
・内燃機関に関する興味、知識
・関係省庁と調整が出来る程度のUN-R関係知識
・University graduate or above, or similar experience.
・Interest and knowledge about internal combustion engines.
・UN-R related knowledge that can be coordinated with related ministries and agencies.
