Store Supervisor Job Description:
As Store Supervisor you will support the Managers to ensure that the restaurant
operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its good reputation and ethos.
Responsibilities *
· Supporting the restaurant performance, reporting into the Restaurant Managers.
· Ensuring kitchen and FOH are working as a team.
· Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff.
· Respond to customer queries and complaints.
· Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations.
· Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
· Complete stock counts, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.
· Comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements.
· Work with our delivery partners to maintain high standards.
· Managing delivery platform performance e.g., sales, ratings, rejections & availability.

Working hours *
· 25 hours a week (minimum)

What to expect *
· American style Diner, specializing in hotdogs, burgers, craft beer and cocktails.
· We are looking to grow our business across the South Coast.
· Divided time between the front of house and the kitchen.
· This is a hands-on role; you will be expected to get stuck in.
· Dress codes vary and range but can include a company uniform and kitchen wear.
· We like to have a lot of fun but sometimes the role can be challenging.
· You may be requested to cover at other restaurants if required.
· Training will be provided (travel or overnight stays may be required)

Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour
