We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team as a key player in the development of next generation Network products. This key position includes leading products and fixtures design, close interaction with HW, PMC (Product management & configuration), NPI, Ops, Thermal, Layout, Quality and Supply chain groups.

What you will be doing:

Drive multiple early design concepts while working in fast-paced product development cycles.

Independently lead designs from concept, through detailed design, and support it during Qualification, NPI and MP stages.

Support legacy products, Lead sustain engineering tasks, investigate malfunctions & strive to fix them, investigate customer complaints & RMA units.

Support other teams with design & documentation creation.

Join and lead task forces to investigate and support production malfunctions, failure analysis and reliability issues.
What we need to see:
-
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
-
2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical product design, including PCB/PCBA design.
-
Self-motivated with a sharp learning curve and able to work independently and as a teammate. hands-on - able to assemble what you designed & train others.

Proven 3D CAD experience (One system at least), i.e. Creo(ProE) Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, , Catia, Unigraphics- Must.

Background in design of components for high-volume manufacturing technologies, such as: stamping, die casting, extrusion, and injection.

Experience in developing fixtures/jigs for product assembly/testing.

High awareness for quality and manufacturability, and understanding of statistical tolerance analysis techniques, and geometric tolerancing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience in working with supply chains, contract manufacturers component suppliers, contractors, and manufacturing partners.

Background in development of liquid cooled systems.
-
Experience in IDF file exchange with Layout engineers.
