To oversee and have overall responsibility for the Operations of the Hotel with the primary objectives of achieving the Hotels’ Financial and Quality goals efficiently and effectively. Is accountable to the General Manager in the overall running of the hotel by participating in the decision-making related to hotel policy, philosophy, direction, goals and objectives and by taking appropriate action for their implementation as directed. 2. Oversees the performance of the Food & Beverage Division, Rooms Division, Spa & Gallery Department, Security Department, and Engineering Department. Providing guidance and assistance in the execution of their responsibilities and helps them set their respective individual and departmental objectives / Key Performance Indicator (KPI) or Key Results Area (KRA). 3. Directs and controls all subordinates to ensure all day-to-day operational matters are handled on time and guests’ expectations are met, and ideally exceeded.
