Functie-omschrijving Flower Supply Assistent (English and Polish)
Bloomon aims to deliver beautiful and fresh bunches of flowers to its customers every week. As a Flower Supply Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production team is provided with the right flowers at the right time. You are the link between our purchasing team, the suppliers and the team on the production floor. You will work closely with the intake supervisor and quality controllers.
Furthermore, you are concerned with:
- You are responsible for handling the incoming flow of fresh flowers together with the rest of the Intake team, Supply chain and Buying team;
- Digitally counting & recording the type of flower coming in so we know what is in stock;
- Physically distributing flower stems to the correct design in the cold room, to prepare them for production;
- When necessary, picking up flowers from growers or the auction to ensure we can start production on time;
- Continuing the intake process along with the team.
