About this position
For UHNW family in Geneva, Switzerland we are seeking to expend our team of 10 housekeeping staff members with an experienced Housekeeper. He or she will be able of attending to the facilities with integrity and attention to detail and be responsible for meticulous cleaning to impeccable standard. Housekeeper is not expected to live within the property. This position reports to the Head of Housekeeping and works closely with all other service (maintenance, butler and security team )
Key requirements
· Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper

Responsibilities
· Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
· Set up each private room according to the instructions and always maintain it to the same standards
· Change bed linen and make beds daily
· Clean all internal house areas as well as back of house areas as designated by Head of Housekeeping
· Ensure all assigned rooms and areas are impeccably clan and tidy by the end of the shift
· Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
· Notify superior on any damages, deficits and disturbances
· Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
· Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
· Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any facility-related practices
· Pack and unpack luggages
· Respect the customer habits of each family member
· respond to any requests from the family or the head Housekeeper
Working arrangements
The general work schedule is in rotational shifts, five days a week.
