Job Summary
To package smoked fish product. Prepare fish for smoking, and assist smoker boss to load racks. Must be organized to keep processing area clean during and at end of shift. Must be able to get to work on time routinely. Naturally positive with good work attitude to work independently or with others to complete tasks. Must have hustle and organizational and communication skills. Looking for an all rounder, ability to do many jobs with positive attitude.
A candidate that has other attributes besides filleting that can weigh, package, and assemble orders for distribution could lead to full time employment year round
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Good knife skills, organized, diligent, detail orientated
