Job Responsibilities
- Assist sales agents with various tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, maintaining customer database, and preparing necessary paperwork.
- Create, manage, and update property listings on various platforms to ensure the information is accurate and up to date.
- Manage and update our social media platforms with current listings, sold properties, and other relevant content to engage our audience and promote our brand.
- Create high-quality brochures and other promotional materials for listed properties, ensuring they accurately represent the property and are engaging to potential buyers.
- Liaise with photographers, stagers, and other contractors as needed to prepare a property for listing.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Prior experience in a real estate or similar role is an advantage.
- At least 2 Years experience in the BPO industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
