Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the online tutoring platform, including student and tutor onboarding, session scheduling, and technical support.
- Support the coordination and logistics of offline tutoring sessions, including matching tutors and students, scheduling sessions, and ensuring a smooth learning experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies for both online and offline services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential offline tutoring opportunities and develop outreach initiatives.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of tutoring programs and make informed business decisions.
- Provide general administrative support to the Business Operations team as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle both online and offline operational tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using technology platforms and comfortable troubleshooting technical issues.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
