To strengthen the team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Training Manager (m/f/d) for our SAP Implementation projects.
Your Role
- You are repsonsible for developing and implementing trainings as well as key user concepts as part of our global SAP implementation project
- You identify skill gaps and training needs
- You define internal and external training offerings, select and contract external training providers, create and organize trainings
- You support the creation of training materials and develop a structured repository for our handbooks
- You work hand-in-hand with our project management and the workstream leads
Your Profile
- You have completed an education at HAK / HTL or university degree in similar field
- You already gained at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- You are experienced with SAP, ideally with developing/managing trainings
- Experience with SAP would be a clear advantage
- You are an organized person with a hands-on mentality who enjoys traveling (30%, focus on Europe) with an international team
- As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken English and German (C-Level)
