The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will see you responsible for providing a high level of administration support to the Operations Team and first-class service to both internal and external customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of support to the Project Managers
- Creating work orders
- Creating project documents
- Procurement
- Contractual Claims
- Coordination and management of work in progress
- Updating work schedules and cost allocation
- Booking training and maintaining the training matrix
- Updating team intranet sites
- Data entry and general administration duties within the office
Key Selection Criteria:
- Experience in an project administrator position or similar.
- Regional work experience, locals are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Ability to develop strong relationships and engage with community
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
- Computer literate including Microsoft Excel, Projects, PowerPoint and Outlook

This role is a 12-month contract. We always endeavour to develop and retain talent within our business. A review will take place at the 9-month mark to discuss ongoing permanent opportunities.
